Clicking the Sort icon 
in the toolbar displays a sorting block (BLOCKSORT).
The left portion of this block lists all the available items in the current table. The right portion lists the items by which data will be sorted, and if it will be sorted in ascending order. Use the arrow keys to move items to and from the list. For example:
Save default settings as for the current user or for the SEMS system (affects all users) settings. They can then be used later.
To sort the record based on what is shown in this block, click Sort.
